ICAO are developing Competency Assessment for Air Traffic Controllers. This demonstration is an attempt to implement this technique.
It uses a tablet based interface for the Instructor to enter routine assessments.
A web based application is used to define and manage both students, OJTI and competencies.
This app is a demonstration of a technology based methodology for assessment.

The complete application manages the complete training path for individuals. Competencies and other parameters are all modifiable by the user.
